I’m Matthew Cockerill, a designer and founder of Faster Not Easier.

Over thirty years, I’ve worked across product design and strategy with companies including Samsung, Lenovo and Fairphone. That experience of designing, building and shipping products informs how I approach emerging opportunities today.

Companies bring me in when they can see that something is changing but haven’t yet decided what to build in response. I connect a wider view of technology and people’s lives with hands-on exploration, making possibilities concrete enough to judge.

I work with teams developing new platforms and with businesses exploring what to build using them. Recent work spans autonomous machines, connected devices and energy systems.

I lead every engagement, bringing in trusted senior specialists where the work calls for it.
