Better ideas, faster.
Good facilitation doesn't guarantee good outcomes. From one-day workshops to 12-week innovation sprints, what does is product expertise, knowing which ideas are worth pursuing and building the stimulus material before hand that draws out the best thinking in everyone.
My Methodology
Reframe
Before the workshop, the preparation goes into building material that reframes what participants already know. Not icebreakers — curated signals from technology, competitors and shifting human behaviour that unlock thinking not built on industry consensus.
Catalyse
In the room, the job is connecting what the team knows about their business with what's emerging in technology and beyond. Naming what's worth pursuing, cutting what isn't, and being direct about the quality of thinking as it happens.
Crystallise
Crystallisation happens in two stages. In the room, ideas are filtered and prioritised in real time, keeping momentum and landing the day on clear direction. Afterwards, all the working is developed into a focused plan of action the team can move on straight away.
Recent workshop engagements
OVO Energy
Whole-Company Discovery
Ten workshops over three weeks, drawing in design, product, tech, operations and deployment teams to surface the emergent ideas already spread across the organisation.
Lenovo
AI Portfolio Implications
Two workshops in San Francisco with their product and strategy leadership, framing what AI means for their existing portfolio and where it opens up categories they haven't yet addressed.
Johnson & Johnson
Mass Co-Creation
Fifty scientists, engineers, designers and marketers in Florida, all expected to co-create under a single brief. Real-time AI image generation served as a shared visual language, keeping the group in motion across two full days.
Deutsche Telekom
Embedded On-Site Collaboration
A week working inside Deutsche Telekom's design team in Bonn, holding customer needs, manufacturing constraints and brand ambitions in tension to land a product identity direction everyone could commit to.
Logitech
Customer Future Scenarios
Two days with Logitech's senior leadership in Cork, using pre-tested prompts to build scenarios for how AI changes the way their customers work and what that demands of the MX portfolio.
Map Project Office
Design Provocation
A day session using a Sky Glass TV the studio had already shipped as the subject of a fictional circular economy redesign brief. The constraint unlocked thinking a conventional brief wouldn't have reached.

XR & Ambient Intelligence Experience
Product strategy for wearable ambient computing, building a personal intelligence layer that delivers more contextual information in real time.
Product vision spanning self-driving cars, delivery robots navigating shared urban space, and quadruped and humanoid robots operating in heavy industry for monitoring and security.
Speculative AR smart glasses vision, positioning them as part of a broader ambient intelligence ecosystem rather than a standalone device.
A research and design framework mapping how AR interfaces evolve from screen annotation to fully embodied spatial perception.
Explored how TikTok's creators and consumers leverage spatial layers embedded in real environments, and what new interactions become possible.
Exploring how sound becomes a primary ambient intelligence layer, sensing home and work environments and carrying information back through them.
New use cases and hardware concepts for spatial AR, exploring what the experience feels like when physical and digital become intimately connected.
